How can I calculate my property financing?

You can calculate your property financing as follows:
Total loan x (debit interest + repayment rate) / 1200 = amount of monthly loan instalment

An example:
Loan total: €200,000
Debit interest: 2 %
Initial repayment rate: 2.5 %
A loan instalment of €750 can be calculated using the formula.
